The cost for this event will be $25, which includes gate admission, parking and lunch. Any bar drinks are in addition to the $25. If possible, please bring cash, since it will make it easier to take care of the entrance fees and luncheon cost.
The Arboretum Trumpet Creeper Tram conducts a narrated tour of the 1,100+ acres of gardens and woodlands highlighting tree collections, shrub displays and themed display gardens and flower and vegetable demonstration gardens. The tram accommodates 42 people with one wheelchair space.
This is an event that requires reservations in advance. We will be required to pay for all reservations. If you register and then cannot attend, you will be billed for the $25 cost. The Arboretum has requested that we arrive together as a group, and that one driver be responsible for payment for the group.
After lunch, you are free to walk the grounds, browse in the gift shop or head back home. We selected the noon tour since the Arboretum is a distance from most of us and we will be able to avoid rush hour traffic.
